You’ll learn how nutrition, hydration, movement, and rest rhythms affect cortisol, oestrogen, and progesterone — and how small daily habits can restore vitality. Rituals focus on adrenal support, mindful eating, and gentle self-nourishment so you can feel grounded in your physical health again.
